Darkout provides lead response and follow-up automation software for independent service businesses. We act as a technology provider, not an advertising agency or a lead generator.

Darkout provides tools for:

• Automated lead capture from phone, website, and social channels
• Instant text and AI-assisted responses
• Automated follow-up sequences to inactive leads

We do not guarantee new leads or specific revenue metrics.

As a user of Darkout, you are solely responsible for:

• Your business operations, quoting, and fulfillment
• The quality, accuracy, and legality of your communications with customers
• Honoring quotes, appointments, or responses generated through the system
• Adhering to local telemarketing and anti-spam laws (e.g., TCPA, CASL) when contacting leads

While our platform is designed to increase response rates and booking conversion, Darkout is not liable for:

• Lost deals, missed appointments, or unclosed leads
• Miscommunications caused by AI delays, internet outages, or carrier filtering
• Revenue loss or business interruption

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.

False, misleading, or incomplete submissions may result in suspension of access to Darkout systems.

If you elect to use paid features of Darkout:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in your service agreement
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused service periods
• Darkout reserves the right to suspend service for non-payment

All website content, system designs, software, branding, and copy are owned by Darkout Systems Inc.

Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or resale of the system is strictly prohibited.
