• Route requests to vetted local HVAC professionals

We are not an HVAC contractor.

We do not perform installations, repairs, or service work. No guarantee of contractor performance is implied by routing.

Submission of a quote request does not guarantee:

• Contractor acceptance
• Specific pricing
• Service timelines
• Approval for rebates or financing

Final agreements are made directly between you and the installer.

All HVAC professionals in our network operate as independent businesses.

We do not control:

• Their pricing
• Their scheduling
• Their workmanship
• Their warranties

We vet partners based on licensing and compliance standards but are not responsible for their performance.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.

False, misleading, or incomplete submissions may result in disqualification.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Darkout Systems and Darkout are not liable for:

• Contractor performance
• Installation outcomes
• Damages resulting from agreements made with third parties

Our liability is limited to the operation of the platform itself.

All website content, design, branding, and copy are owned by Darkout Systems Inc.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
